What should you do when not using a Mineral Springs pool?

  1. Balance according to ALEX® Pro recommendations.

  2. Adjust the "Sanitizer Output Control" downward for less sanitizer generation during the cooler months. If water temperatures become very low (45° F or less), the chlorine generator unit will automatically shut down. An alternate chlorine source may be needed during this time.

  3. Decrease the application rate of Mineral Springs® Renewal® from weekly to monthly. Add 1 lb. (approximately 1 ½ cups) per 5,000 gallons each month.
