How do you maintain a TRIO hot tub?

Before each use

  • Test free chlorine. If it is low add 1.5 teaspoons of SpaGuard® Chlorinating Concentrate per 300 gallons to maintain a 3 - 5 ppm chlorine residual.
  • Do not enter the spa if the free chlorine residual is over 5 ppm.

 

Weekly

  • Add 1 packet of Soft Soak® TRIO® Weekly Softener & Clarifier with pump running and the cover off. Leave the pump running and the cover off for at least 15 minutes.
  • Test and adjust pH and Total Alkalinity if needed.
