What is a continuous circulation pump?
Some Hot Spring model hot tubs are configured with a continuous circulation pump that is designed to quietly and efficiently run 24/7. This pump is connected directly to the filtration and heating systems to provide you hot, clean, and sanitized water continuously.
Hot tubs not configured with a continuous circulation pump have to start and stop the jet pump periodically to heat, filter, and sanitize the hot tub. This creates excessive wear and tear on the jet pump while making extra noise every time it runs.
