How do you find the serial number on a Freeflow Spa?

The spa serial number label is located inside the equipment compartment and starts with an FF. The equipment compartment access panel is below the spas topside control panel. If you own a Premier Series model you will need to remove the synthetic wood panel to access the compartment. If you own a non-Premier Series model you will need to unscrew the rotomolded panel directly below the control panel.
