No blue light on control unit
- Turn the spa's power OFF
- Make sure the Cartridge Unit is installed into the Control Unit
- Ensure the Cartridge Unit is fully connected
- Check that the Cartridge Unit is oriented correctly with its logo facing outward
- Turn the spa's power back ON and ensure the Cartridge Unit's blue light is now ON
